This Refund Policy applies to reservations purchased via onwardflight.co. It works together with our Terms and Conditions (Refund policy — Clause 12). Where this page differs from the Terms, the Terms prevail.
You may request a full refund only if:
Any approved reversal is initiated within thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of a complete refund submission at support@onwardflight.co with evidence we reasonably require.
onwardflight.co may decline or postpone suspicious, duplicate or incomplete requests. Grants remain subject to our sole discretion regardless of narration—submitting mail does not, by itself, create an entitlement beyond Clause 12 of the Terms.
If airline portals do not expose your locator immediately, reach support—we troubleshoot surname formatting, masking, and TTL nuances before escalating to refunds.
Email support@onwardflight.co from your checkout inbox. Include Stripe receipt or payment-intent identifier, traveller names as issued, locator(s)/PNR screenshots (if visible), duplicated-charge timelines, and concise explanation.
Even after approval, issuer posting delays are outside platform control.
Dispute resolution, governing law and venue mirrors Clause 11 of the Terms referenced above.
